Shaohong WANG, Tao CHEN, Jianghong SUN

Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering 2010, Volume 5, Issue 2,   Pages 165-170 doi: 10.1007/s11465-009-0090-1

Abstract: Traditional on-site fault diagnosis means cannot meet the needs of large rotating machinery for its performance and complexity. Remote monitoring and diagnosis technology is a new fault diagnosis mode combining computer technology, communication technology, and fault diagnosis technology. The designed remote monitoring and diagnosis and prediction system for large rotating machinery integrates the distributed resources in different places and breaks through shortcomings as the offline and decentralized information. The system can make further implementation of equipment prediction technology research based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, provide on-site analysis results, and carry out online actual verification of the results. The system monitors real-time condition of the equipment and achieves early fault prediction with great significance to guarantee safe operation, saves maintenance costs, and improves utilization and management of the equipment.

ZHANG Bopeng

Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering 2008, Volume 3, Issue 3,   Pages 348-353 doi: 10.1007/s11465-008-0065-7

Abstract: This paper presents the principle of self-generation of machining precision by explaining its basic concept and five necessary conditions for forming a system with self-organization capability. A self-generation system is a kind of system with self-organization capability. The self-generation of machining precision for solid balls with super precision is emphatically explained. From the viewpoint of self-organization, there are three types of systems including system 1 with the self-regulation capability, 2 with the self-determination capability of goals, and 3 with the self-organization capability. Although they are all closed loop control systems, they have different constructions and functions. Necessary conditions for achieving self-generation of machining precision are given. Establishment of the system for machining solid balls with super precision is discussed. Self-generation of machining precision for solid balls with super precision on the basis of the capability of self-removal of errors is presented. Self-generation includes the ability of self-removal of errors for solid balls, convergence of self-removal of errors, self-generation of precision, and self-generating system for the given.

Automatic Design Theory and Realization of Kinematic Schemes for Mechanism System

YE Zhi-gang, ZOU Hui-jun, GUO Wei-zhong, HU Song, TIAN Yong-li, XU Yong

Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering 2006, Volume 1, Issue 1,   Pages 48-55 doi: 10.1007/s11465-005-0014-7

Abstract:

Based on an analysis of mechanism combination methods of a current mechanism system kinematic scheme, input/output kinematic behavior and their constraint relations were proposed to represent the kinematic behavior knowledge of a mechanism system. Furthermore, a tree structure of a kinematic behavior decomposition process for a mechanism system was provided. Considering multiple outputs for a mechanism system, the matching algorithm and the attributes propagation method of kinematic behavior were used to generate a mechanism combination scheme. Its intermediate design solution and the constraint relations between input and output are generated to fill the common blackboard. Moreover, using information in the blackboard as input motion, the behavior attributes of other process actions are transmitted to attribute items of the blackboard, which finally enables a computer-aided automatic design process of a mechanism system kinematic scheme. To avoid the problem of schemes combination explosion caused by unbounded depth in the search process, bounded depth-first search was used to control the number of expanded hierarchies for a design tree. Finally, an example was given to show its feasibility and solution efficiency.

Estimation and Realization Path of Agricultural Resource Values in Fujian Province

Yi Xiaoyan, Huang Xianlei, Yin Changbin, Wang Heng

Strategic Study of CAE 2019, Volume 21, Issue 5,   Pages 137-143 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2019.05.005

Abstract:

The values of agricultural resources include the economic value from agricultural production and their ecological service value. This paper aims to assess the values of agricultural resources in Fujian Province by using relevant theoretical research models, clarify the process and path of realizing these values, and propose policy recommendations for further improvement. The research results show that the economic value of agriculture in Fujian Province in 2015 was 355.36 billion yuan, while the ecological service value was 1193.95 billion yuan. Within the ecological service value, values for rest service, temperature regulation, gas regulation, soil conservation, water conservation, and biodiversity service were 316.13, 111.92, 74.80, 132.11, 217.81, and 341.18 billion yuan, respectively. The paths for realizing these values in Fujian Province mainly include construction of agricultural product brands; integration of agricultural production, agricultural product processing, and agricultural market service; agro-ecological compensation; and green financial support. To further increase the values of agricultural resources in Fujian Province, financial support should be increased, pollution-free agricultural products and agricultural products with geographical indications should be promoted, agricultural industry integration should be advanced, the agricultural ecological compensation system should be improved, and ecological awareness education and publicity should be boosted.

Research and Realization of IP Multicast Routing Protocol

Li Wei

Strategic Study of CAE 2002, Volume 4, Issue 1,   Pages 82-88

Abstract:

This paper first explains why IP multicasting must be used. Then it summaries the fundamentals of IP multicasting and multicast routing protocols. After that it specially discusses protoool independent multicast-sparse mode (PIM-SM), points out its defect and proposes a scheme to solve it. In this scheme each source registers and sends data packets toward multiple rendezvous points (RPs) but receivers only join to a single RP. If one of the RPs fails, receivers will join to one of the alternative RPs quickly. On implementation, the paper centers on the details of implementing PIM-SM. Finally it discusses the problems and prospect of IP multicasting.

Optimization and its realization of anneal-genetic algorithm

Wang Ying

Strategic Study of CAE 2008, Volume 10, Issue 7,   Pages 57-59

Abstract:

A method that uses annealing algorithm to improve the inefficient local search of genetic algorithm is proposed. That method bases on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the annealing and the genetic algorithm. The algorithm optimization is more rapidly in precision after annealing algorithm integration with the genetic algorithm. By examples of cement ratio works, compared with results of the simple algorithm, it is effectively.

The algorithm and realization of linear feature automatic label placement

Yin Yong,Li Chengming,Ding Shengtao

Strategic Study of CAE 2013, Volume 15, Issue 5,   Pages 30-36

Abstract:

This paper discussed several key problems in the automatic annotation of linear elements, proposed to calculate the positioning line of a linear element using reference annotation line and to achieve dynamic segmentation of reference annotation line using reverse Douglas algorithm, using the segmentation result to choose smooth parts of linear elements as candidate annotation positions. On this basis, get the candidate position and score for every letter, then resolve the conflicts between annotations using taboo algorithm. The problem of vague and invisible representation of linear element annotations was solved and the integrity and aesthetics of automatic annotation output were achieved.

Li Qingyun,Zhang Jianmin

Strategic Study of CAE 2005, Volume 7, Issue 6,   Pages 7-13

Abstract:

This paper presents a study on the theory and methodology of safety assessment of Yangtze dike. The main topics discussed and the conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) The function and makeup of Yangtze dike are summarized systemically and status and incipient fault of the dikes are discussed. (2) The frame of safety assessment of Yangtze dike is proposed, consisting of three categories of safety assessment (namely, risk analysis, conventional mechanical evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation). (3) The main factors affecting safety of Yangtze dike are discussed systematically. Index system and assessment methods are proposed. On the basis of AHP (The Analytic Hierarchy Process) with fuzzy theory, a new method for comprehensive assessment of Yangtze dike is put forward. (4) A software with programming language Delphi for the safety assessment of Yangtze dike is developed and automation and visualization for the assessment of dikes can be realized.
